Fishman & Tobin supports employee volunteer efforts and to that end allows time for each employee to participate in a charity of their choosing. We want to encourage every employee to get involved either as an individual or to get together with other fellow employees in a group effort that hopefully will foster camaraderie within our company. This group effort could be working with the elderly, mentoring youth or preserving and restoring the beauty of our environment. Our employees are free to choose any charity to participate in. Each employee is eligible for up to 10 hours of pay for Charity / Volunteer Time annually.
