Since its inception in 1914, Fishman & Tobin has had a long tradition of giving back to the community. Our people have made a commitment to provide their time, energy and talents to a wide range of charitable and non-profit institutions. Fishman & Tobin supports these efforts of employees by allowing them time off to participate in a charity of their choosing.

We encourage every employee to get involved either as an individual or to get together with other employees in a group effort that fosters camaraderie within our company. These efforts could be working with the elderly, mentoring youth, or preserving and restoring the beauty of our environment. Each employee is eligible for up to 10 hours of pay for charity / volunteer time annually. Additionally, many employees participate in these activities on weekends. We recognize these efforts on our Intranet web site and in the company newspaper in order to share how emotionally uplifting it is to help others.

We have concentrated our activities in the areas of Community Involvement, the Environment and Corporate Giving. As a company, we take pride in our accomplishments and encourage others in the business community to join us in helping to make this a better world.
